1st Home Pro Services was the only company, out of the 5, that was able to professional provide a diagnosis of the issue I was having with my garbage disposal over the phone before dispatching a maintenancetech to my home. As a Seasoned Business Ops manager, I appreciated Brandon's openness and honesty on the process and next steps if my issue needed additional mediation. My experience was very positive. Brandon did a great job assembling my IKEA sleeper sofa. He showed me how it worked and he disposed of all the packing materials. Plus, his bid was much more affordable that some of the other Thumbtack vendors.
I would definitely use 1st Home Professional for future jobs. Highly recommended.
