- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing for Superior,Expert,Professional and Obvious Experienced workmanship you would expect from a family owned and operated business. All price quotes are exact and in writing with no hidden or extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most simple projects can be quoted over the phone. We will schedule a Field Inspection/Measurement appointment compatible with the customer's availability. We do not require a deposit on smaller jobs and take final payment upon completions. We take the time to educate the customer and provide multiple options and creative solutions to their needs.
