- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable. I give the option for customers to pay for there own materials and charge just for tools and labor. Discounts can only be given when able to do so depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know a little about you. Finding out what kind of budget you have for your project. And always given assurance that their in great hands with what needs to be done in there home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Trade school where I took carpentry as a trade at the age of 17. I have worked for several big name companies as supervisor and project manager. I am a OSHA certified contractor.
