I had several companies come to assess the problem and give me an estimate. This was at the beginning of the year so it was not so easy to get people to come so quickly. He was the only one who came at very short notice, fixed the problem with a simple solution on the spot, and charged the most reasonable price. The others who came proposed prices that ranged from middle to ridiculous. Which really highlighted for me the importance of finding someone who can properly diagnose the problem (or at least solve the immediate issues) so that you don't get some far-out, expensive solution that is not guaranteed to work anyway, if the problem is misdiagnosed. Would recommend working with him.
