- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to keep my pricing fair and reasonable based on the type of work and the time it takes to complete the job. Every project is different, so I like to look at the details first and provide a free estimate. There are no hidden fees. I believe in being honest about costs so customers know exactly what to expect before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to what the customer needs and take a look at the project. I may ask a few questions to understand the details and expectations. After that, I provide a free estimate and explain the scope of the work. Once everything is agreed on, we schedule a time to begin. I take my time to complete the job the right way and make sure everything is clean and finished properly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of hands-on experience working on deck and porch repairs, door and window installation and repair, and interior painting. Most of my training comes from real job experience, learning the right techniques and improving my skills with every project. I am always focused on doing quality work and continuing to grow in my craft.
