Hired to aerate yard. They ended up just using the manual aerator stick instead of the machine which unfortunately just compacts the soil instead of pulling the plugs out. They also didn’t do the full yard as agreed based on our camera footage. I was not home to look over the work after unfortunately.

Hello Donald we never agreed on whether it would be done manually or with a machine and considering the size of your yard we figured manual would be better also we did do the full yard. Furthermore you signed off on the job when it was done and had no complaints
