The KJA crew was fantastic. They took down our tree safely, and efficiently. It was done way faster and for far cheaper than we were expecting. The crew was friendly and professional. We will definitely be contacting them again the next time we need landscaping work done.

We had a really great experience with KJA Landscaping LLC for tree work at our home in the Glenmont area of Baltimore. They removed two trees—one of which was pretty large and close to the house—and trimmed another, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
They showed up on time and got straight to work. The crew was efficient, careful, and respectful of our property the whole time.
Their pricing was fair and there were no surprises. They also provided all the proper documentation upfront, which gave us peace of mind that we were working with a professional company.
When they finished, they did a thorough cleanup and left everything looking great.

All went great for us, for removal of 2 big pine trees, really close to the property. They arrived for price estimate timely, provided a highly competitive price. 2 days later they had an opening, and offered me discount to do the work at that time, which i agreed. Team of 5-6 people arrived, all quite nice folks. They arrived 1-2 hours later than agreed, but wasnt a problem for me, even better in my case as the grass dried vs morning wetness. No damage or risk occurred for the property (it was close to property), no significant damage to the grass through which they carry large logs, they cleaned up everything very well. I would recommend their service.

Pictures 1 and two are the before. Pictures 3 and 4 are the after . Glenda and her crew were punctual and their price was unbeatable! (I had quotes from several businesses). Absolutely blown away by the work this company did for me. Clean, on time, competitive pricing. These guys will be coming back to do more! I wanted to keep some of the cuts, and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and even stacked it! Might I also say, they cut a huge canopy over the top of one of my collectors cars, and not even a spec of debrie touched it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $350 minimum starting rate. The prices on the trees are based on size, location, accessibility and surroundings hazards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Set up an appointment for the estimate: I always explain everything to my customer,I like to be honest, when its necessary to remove the tree or not ; in case of a trimming/pruning the pros and cons. 2) Schedule the job : I don’t leave until the customer is 100% satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a ground person for a company just on weekends ( I used to work for a construction company and I was looking for some extra income) but after a couple of weeks I took the opportunity to learn to become a tree climber, I worked there for almost 12 years, until I moved and decided to open my own business.
