This is an excellent company. They responded to my inquiry within a matter of hours and scheduled an estimate for the very next day. Just a few days later, they came out for the actual tree removal. They clearly explained the process ahead of time, and everything went exactly as they said. The crew arrived early in the morning, got right to work, and didn’t bother me at all. They were very careful and professional with how they handled the removal. They came fully equipped—with grinders, chainsaws, a wood chipper, and everything else needed. You can tell they know what they’re doing. I’m extremely happy with the work they did and will likely be calling them again next year to take care of two more trees on my property. Nothing but good things to say about KJA Landscaping LLC.

Punctual and good work ethic but I’m giving 4 stars cos I complained about fully trimming the tree and the guys just left it like that without doing it . They also left my entire drive way so messy I had to use power wash machine myself to clean up after them .

Did a great job for a great price, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Removed a large tree and ground the stump so well you couldn't tell it had been there except for the dirt area in the middle of the grass, and trimmed a few large branches again so well you have to look to see where they used to be. Came out very quickly for estimate, and were very professional, giving feedback on what actually needed to be done, including removal of another small tree/bush that we hadn't noticed was threatening the side of the house, but not over-cutting trees that didn't need it as some others have tried in the past. Overall, just a great experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $350 minimum starting rate. The prices on the trees are based on size, location, accessibility and surroundings hazards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Set up an appointment for the estimate: I always explain everything to my customer,I like to be honest, when its necessary to remove the tree or not ; in case of a trimming/pruning the pros and cons. 2) Schedule the job : I don’t leave until the customer is 100% satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a ground person for a company just on weekends ( I used to work for a construction company and I was looking for some extra income) but after a couple of weeks I took the opportunity to learn to become a tree climber, I worked there for almost 12 years, until I moved and decided to open my own business.
