This is an excellent company. They responded to my inquiry within a matter of hours and scheduled an estimate for the very next day. Just a few days later, they came out for the actual tree removal. They clearly explained the process ahead of time, and everything went exactly as they said. The crew arrived early in the morning, got right to work, and didn’t bother me at all. They were very careful and professional with how they handled the removal. They came fully equipped—with grinders, chainsaws, a wood chipper, and everything else needed. You can tell they know what they’re doing. I’m extremely happy with the work they did and will likely be calling them again next year to take care of two more trees on my property. Nothing but good things to say about KJA Landscaping LLC.

Absolutely blown away by the work this company did for me. Clean, on time, competitive pricing. These guys will be coming back to do more! I wanted to keep some of the cuts, and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and even stacked it! Might I also say, they cut a huge canopy over the top of one of my collectors cars, and not even a spec of debrie touched it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $350 minimum starting rate. The prices on the trees are based on size, location, accessibility and surroundings hazards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Set up an appointment for the estimate: I always explain everything to my customer,I like to be honest, when its necessary to remove the tree or not ; in case of a trimming/pruning the pros and cons. 2) Schedule the job : I don’t leave until the customer is 100% satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a ground person for a company just on weekends ( I used to work for a construction company and I was looking for some extra income) but after a couple of weeks I took the opportunity to learn to become a tree climber, I worked there for almost 12 years, until I moved and decided to open my own business. I GUARANTEE YOU I HAVE THE EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND PASSION FOR THIS.
