Always. You really have to stay on top of new technology and what the stores are selling now.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At a young age I decided I enjoy helping others. I just didn't know at the time Computer Repair and Support would have been my career path and journey. It wasn't until I first paid for computer repair my first time standing at a repair shop, I stood around with all the computers and hanging wires and the guys couldn't help me after i paid a lot of allowance money I decided to learn on my own.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lately its been cosmetic and physical hardware repairs.
