Yazmin and her team at Alluring Floors absolutely saved the day for us! We were left in a very tough spot after a previous contractor failed to finish the job and left a mess. To make matters worse, we were on an incredibly tight schedule before moving into our new house.
I reached out to Yazmin and she completely understood the urgency. She managed to get a team out to our house the very next day. They did an absolutely excellent job refinishing the floors, erasing the previous mistakes, and delivering flawless results right on time.

I was planning to install LVP until I learned there were hardwood floors underneath the carpet in my 1950 city home. Alluring removed the carpet,Refinished the hardwood and installed LVP in the two rooms that did not have hardwood in 5 days. The floors look amazing and I could not be more pleased with the results. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is set up to do a walk through, measure, and provide a free estimate. We will advise you with your best options and process of the job. Once customers agrees we will schedule the work and proceed. When the work is completed we will walk through to make sure 100% satisfaction

I worked 15+ years at a hardwood floor company I worked my way up to become a hardwood floor specialist.
