Aggie is simply the best. Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, she's everything you want in a wedding planner! I had a little pre-wedding anxiety as we got closer to the day, but she set me at ease during one of our calls. She had already completed everything on my list plus things I hadn't even thought to put on it. On the wedding day, she would pop up exactly when we needed her and I’m sure she handled one hundred tiny problems that we never even noticed. Everything went smoothly, and that's entirely to her credit. Highly, highly recommend!

We cannot say enough amazing things about our day-of coordinator, Aggie! We brought her on just two weeks before our wedding, and from the very first conversation she completely put us at ease. Hiring Aggie Chongo as our Wedding Day-Of Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. What we expected to be “day-of” support turned into so much more. From the moment we hired her, Aggie went above and beyond. She created a detailed spreadsheet to track every aspect of our wedding and proactively reached out to our vendors, building relationships and managing communications with my husband and me. We truly felt like we had a partner in the process. Ahead of the wedding, Aggie met with us in person to walk through the space and understand our vision. She asked thoughtful questions and made sure every detail was accounted for. It was a micro-wedding with fewer than 25 guests, held in an intimate space that needed to be flipped from ceremony to dining room. Aggie handled the entire turnover flawlessly—coordinating timing, placing our cake, decorating the table, and ensuring every place setting was exactly as we envisioned. Walking back into the space was such a special moment. She also thoughtfully coordinated with my parents to serve as the day-of point of contact, which allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment without distraction.
