About
Value should always be intentional. As a one-person plumbing professional, I take pride in delivering honest, attentive service during some of your most stressful home emergencies.
Whether it’s a toilet installation, garbage disposal, drain repair, or pipe replacement, I start with a thorough diagnosis so we fix the real problem—not create new ones. My goal is to resolve your issue, not sell you something you don’t need.
I’ll clearly explain your options for repair or replacement and what each choice means for your home and budget, so you can make a confident, informed decision.
If you’re dealing with any drainage issues, reach out and let’s get it taken care of the right way.

We had a great experience. John was thorough, honest, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. He did an amazing job installing our fridge water line, even though the job was a bit more difficult than originally planned. I would definitely recommend John for your plumbing needs!

I enjoyed working with John to fix some minor plumbing issues in the building. He is very knowledgeable and honest upfront about pricing and potential scenarios of what could be happening with the pipes. I appreciate his responsiveness and ability to resolve issues in the same day. I will be using his services again.

We recently had the opportunity to work with John Willis, Simply Sewers and Drains and he exceeded every expectation. He arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly identified the problem, explained everything in plain English, and completed the work with confidence and professionalism. By the time he left, the plumbing was flowing again—and so was our peace of mind. What impressed us most was John’s craftsmanship and integrity. He believes in doing the job right, not just getting it done. In a world where trust is every bit as valuable as technical skill, John delivers both. He’s the kind of professional you hope to find the first time—and the one you’ll recommend every time after that.
