Our Process for Working with New Customers At xpedition Refinishing, Inc., we keep things simple, transparent, and efficient, ensuring every customer receives the best service possible. Here’s how we work with new customers: 1. Initial Contact The process begins when you give us a call. We’ll discuss your refinishing needs and provide clear, upfront pricing. Our flat rates are $465 for bathtub refinishing and $750 for refinishing three sides of tile walls. 2. Picture Review & Pricing Confirmation To ensure an accurate quote, we ask you to send us a picture of the area to be refinished. Once we review the photo, we confirm the price based on the scope of work. Most tubs fall under our flat rate, and if tiles are involved, we clarify the cost for refinishing three sides. 3. Scheduling After agreeing on the price, we schedule a time and date that works best for you. We prioritize clear communication, so you’ll know exactly when to expect us. 4. Appointment Confirmation Before the scheduled date, we confirm the appointment to avoid any surprises. On the day of the job, we notify you when we’re on the way, ensuring you’re fully prepared. 5. Professional Refinishing Once we arrive, our team gets to work. We bring all the necessary tools and materials to deliver flawless results, taking care to protect your space throughout the process. 6. Payment & Completion After completing the refinishing, we ensure you’re satisfied with the work before accepting payment. We accept cash, Zelle, or checks, making the process quick and convenient. I have also worked on unique projects like removing jets from whirlpool tubs, repairing holes, and refinishing the entire surface for a seamless finish. My training includes working with specialized tools, materials, and processes, like using fumes extractors to ensure safety during the refinishing process. Additionally, I stay updated on industry best practices and have developed processes to guarantee quality, such as masking, protecting surrounding areas, and creating enclosures for controlled refinishing in customer homes.”
