CleanWrightCleaning cleaned the entire facility and cleaned additional items without being told. (Floors, walls, baseboards, rugs, furniture, door handles, bathrooms, windows, front and back of the building.) Everything went well the end product was excellent I highly recommend CleanWrightCleaning services.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WARREN initially wrote me and quoted me for a Friday afternoon/evening job Thursday. I should have known when he started changing the times I was in for trouble. Then at the last minute on Friday morning told me Saturday morning. At this point I was so pressed for time I just needed it done even on the day of. It's now SATURDAY MORNING 10/8/16 the day of my move. I texted Warren and asked what time he would be here this morning YESTERDAY and he tried to tell me he could come Saturday evening. Are you seeing the problem here? I specified that it would be unacceptable and for him to let me know LAST NIGHT if he couldn't do it so I could find someone else. He said ok and disappeared. I followed with messages last night and this morning AGAIN SATURDAY MORNING the day and time I was told he would be here before. I just tried to call and no answer after unanswered text messages. I'm reviewing him and want to NOTE that he never provided services and gave me the run around for days and now I'm on my way to Home Depot to rent a carpet cleaner to clean my own carpets before the end of the day. I've never seen worse service and I've had my fair share of troubles as a consumer.
