Working with Julian was a pleasure. This was my first a/c issue since my condo was built 7 yrs ago.. I did a little research to find service late in the day of July 4th and he fit me into his schedule unexpectedly. He arrived within the hour and quickly remedied my issue. The fan capacitor was replaced and I enjoyed the final hours of my holiday in cool comfort. Glad to now have a quality serviceman on deck for any future concerns.
