We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied, as our goal is always to provide quality work and excellent service. All of the work agreed-upon was completed properly and to standard. In fact we went above and beyond by completing additional work at no extra charge as a courtesy. To complete the project properly heavy equipment was originally needed. However, you complained about cost and did not want to spend additional money to remove the fence to allow us access to get in the backyard. Because of this decision we were limited to manual labor, which took significantly more time and effort. The scope of work was changed several times and the materials that you ordered per our text messages were for pavers that you chose not to install. Measurements and materials for the pool area was never given as that was not a part of our original scope. The issue really arose when we declined to do the additional work you’d requested because your request from the crew were becoming more unreasonable, i.e. you wanted them to pick up 100% of the rocks out the dirt. I have attached a video showing that the ground was leveled using a laser leveler. We also have pictures showing not only did we level the area, we provided compaction services, and set up the pool pad at no additional cost. We take Pride in our work and integrity, and we stand by the quality of the services we provided.
