• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing is based on the scope, materials, and complexity of each project to ensure fair and accurate estimates. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Free estimates are available for most projects. We also offer competitive rates, and in some cases, discounts for larger projects or repeat customers. Any additional work outside the original scope is always discussed and approved before proceeding.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our process is simple and designed to make your project smooth from start to finish. We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs, scope, and budget. We then schedule a site visit to take measurements and assess existing conditions. After that, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, we handle scheduling, materials, and any required permits. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication and provide updates until completion. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results with a stress-free experience.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our team brings over 14 years of hands-on experience in construction, including new construction, full renovations, and home improvement projects. We are trained in carpentry, framing, masonry, flooring, and structural work, following industry standards and local building codes. We are also certified in water damage restoration (WRT), which adds expertise in structural drying, repairs, and restoration. Our experience comes from both formal training and extensive field work across residential and commercial projects.
