- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL of my prices are below average!! I love this work & I feel like it’s easy so no need for high pricing. For both standard & deep cleaning I offer 30% discounts for every week & every two weeks. 40% discount every month. MAKES PRICES LOWER!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the typical process for home cleaning involves initial contact where the customer expresses interest in your services. You gather information about their cleaning needs, provide a quote, and schedule an appointment. An initial consultation may be conducted to assess the cleaning requirements. On the scheduled date, you arrive at the customer's home and perform the cleaning according to the agreed-upon scope of work. After completion, you seek feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. Ongoing communication and scheduling are established for future cleaning appointments based on the customer's preferences and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education I have is a high school diploma. The training I do have is workshops on home cleaning covering topics such as organizing, deep cleaning, stain removal, and eco-friendly cleaning practices.
