Ken and his movers were on time professional! Called when they arrived . Were very efficient had everything moved out in a timely fashion ahead of schedule . Handled everything with care and taking apart my sectional couch piece by piece ! Stocked everything nicely in my storage unit. The price was reasonable as well was even able to leave a tip !! Will definitely use them again for my next move. They also go junk removal!!! Win win !!

The Yatta Movers team did an amazing job moving a piece of furniture purchased via Facebook Marketplace from one house (without me there) to my home about 10 miles away. They were SUPER responsive to my request (within 20 minutes) and completed the job just a few hours later. Despite me thinking it was impossible, they got a massive item down my stairs without making a scratch or dent in the item or the walls. They were also super nice and professional, and there were no hidden costs as you sometimes see with other companies (e.g., truck mileage fees). I will absolutely be working with them again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive rates within the industry. We offer a 5% discount for military, public service officers, and returning clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will have a phone discussion with our sales manager regarding the project. We will discuss details of the job, list of inventory (furniture, boxes, equipment, etc.), date and time. We will offer a quote and schedule a date/time for the job to be completed. All pricing will be transparent, no hidden fees. We will give a confirmation call 24 hours prior to the move. The customer will pay the movers on site, the day of the job, after it is finished. The sales manager will follow up with the customer to get feedback and review.
