The movers were so great! I'm glad it didn't take them too long to get the things out of the first apartment and into the next unit.
The wrapped all my furniture to make sure it didn't get messed up during transit and they put it all back together. Thank you for a GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I must admit - although there were some bad reviews, I used this company because the price was rite and yes they were there like we scheduled.
The movers did a wonderful job at wrapping my things so they do not get broken.

Really outstanding job these guys did. They were fast and cost effective since I lost my job last month and had to move out quickly.
They even offerd me one month free storage..thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate you guys!!! Victoria

This company was a joke! They were to show up with four men and only showed with three, they were 4 hours late, then had to pay them to come back a second day. They broke items - threw boxes in the truck and there was even a missing item of my oldest son. I tried to contact the company and they didn't seem to care. Check the BBB - they have an F for a review - I'm glad you had good experiences with the company but ours was terrible and we only moved 1/4 mile down the street.
I put a claim in but still havent heard back and its' been almost 2 months. I suggest you check out the BBB before ever using this company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
We are a military family who had a move scheduled with this company. On 6/28/2013, the movers came 1 hour late and began packing up our household goods. Within 30 mins of their arrival, I received a call that my mother was rushed to the hospital so I had to leave the movers unsupervised. My husband was flying in to help with the move so he was not there at the time.
When I returned back from the hospital later that evening 95% of our belongings were packed, but the price drastically changed from what was originally agreed upon. We debated with the movers who called his supervisor(who was useless) and because most of our belongings were on the truck they threatened that they would not unload or move the vehicle until an amount and additional down payment was received. My husband gave in because this is the same night that my mother passed away and we were emotionally drained!!!!
The furniture arrived to IL unwrapped and damaged. Our living room set is cream and had no wrapping and had foot prints and tears on the cushions. Not one item arrived undamaged. They even threw our winter coats in the same box with our pots and pans. We filed a claim, stated in our contract in case of damages and received $114.00. This is the WORST storage company and WORST customer service ever.
Thank you so much for making a devastating time in our life even worse!
