Kevin Dortch was amazing in his hvac work when I called him to replace my indoor and outdoor ac unit. Kevin was very punctual in showing up on time also with picking up material. When he got back to the house he got straight to work and finished in no time.

I requested service from Mr Dortch to install a HVAC system. He indicated in written correspondence that he was a licensed and bonded contractor. He failed to provide documentation of his license after completing the work and after 6 attempts to collect the information.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to provide a fair and competitive price for any and all jobs I perform. I typically charge a $75 diagnostic fee and negotiate from there, regarding parts and repair, should the repair and/or labor be extensive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Professional since 1985 Advanced Refrigeration since 1985 Residential Maintenance & a plethora of other related experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After high school I was introduced to trade work and have been doing it since 1985.
