What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of notarization, number of notarized signatures, travel distance, and appointment time. Maryland state notary fees apply, and additional mobile travel fees may apply when I travel to the customer’s location. I always communicate the total cost clearly before the appointment whenever possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts me, I confirm the type of document, number of notarizations needed, location, and preferred appointment time. I then confirm availability and pricing. At the appointment, I verify the signer’s identity, ensure they understand the document and are willing to sign, complete the notarization, and provide professional and efficient service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Maryland Notary Public and have completed the required education and training to perform notarial acts in accordance with Maryland laws and regulations. I am committed to staying informed about proper notarial procedures and providing professional service.
