Overall I received outstanding service at a fair price. Daud offered a ballpark quote via the app, and then an exact number in person with his brother Hamaas. The exact number was about the ball park estimate. Hamaas requested to start the Next day and met me at a local Home Depot at 7 am-He said 7 am and was there at 7 am sharp. The job was to install a bathtub with the drain and overflow, install a new mixing valve and move a toilet flange 2-4 inches (so it wasn't too close to the tub). At Home Depot Hamaas demonstrated his expertise in plumbing, by selecting the material necessary to get the job done. The tasks were a little complicated, as there were pvc pipes to cut and add too, along with copper to cut and solder in. Hamaas gathered the materials and we were on our way. Once at my home, Hamaas made quick work of the project. He worked nonstop 8am till 230pm. He did an outstanding job. As with any project there were some hiccups that were discovered along the way. Hamaas addressed these issues with ease. Overall these guys are great. They are now my plumbers. Skip the lowball offers. These guys have that old fashioned work ethic and quote a fair rate for a highly skilled worker who gets the job done quickly and right. They left this customer completely satisfied.

I put a request in for a plumber and within minutes, Daud contacted me and agreed to come and check out the leak in the evening. He was punctual and located the problem in very little time. We had been working with another plumber sent by the home warranty company who came out twice and couldn't located what was causing the leak. The other plumber also shared that cabinets, the granite countertop and the dishwasher would have to be removed to find and fix the issue. So when Daud found the issue so quickly and said he could fix it without taking all those things apart, we were ecstatic! We were so amazed at Daud's professionalism and the fact that he provided a reasonable quote on the spot. He also agreed to do the work in the same evening. Daud stayed and worked until 11pm. We were completely amazed. He even contacted us to check on the leak the next day. We told him there was a tiny drip and he made plans to come back out. He came out and took care of the drip. He definitely went above and beyond and we plan to call him with any plumbing work on the house.

The Brothers Were Great!! They showed up on time, assessed the job, gathered what they needed to do the job, and completed the job very efficiently. They respected my home and left in the same condition it was in when they arrived. I had a gas leak coming from one of the pipes in the basement. The previous owner had the pipe routed through the top sill of two doorways and along the ceiling. Not very well thought out or eye-appealing to say the least. Hamaas, at my request, re-routed the new flex gas pipe over a party wall and into the laundry room, which looks 100% better. It should have been done that way from the start. No more eyesore. Pricing was very competitive, but I chose them because of their excellent reviews. I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!! Very Professional!!

I heard water running under my house and thought it was a leak. Despite my knee issues, I crawled under there and verified my suspicions. Hated to call a pro but that's what I decided to do. I submitted the proposal through thumbtack and Supreme quickly responded. I could not have been more pleased with their response, professionalism, care, concern and follow up. What was most surprising was the follow up phone calls to ensure that the job (pinhole leak) was completed as well as other suggestions for maintaining my pipes. If you haven't used them before, I would strongly consider that you do so. You will not be displeased

Outstanding experience! Daud and his brother could not have been nicer. They came out at night even though it wasn't an emergency. They fixed my sink in no time and I finally have hot water! These brothers are smart, clever, and really know their craft. And they are very fairly priced. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!!

We do not do price based on hourly rates! We charged based upon the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give the customer advice before have to come out to look at a job to see if it’s a simple fix. Because sometimes (ex.) it’s a simple as hitting a reset button on the bottom of the garbage diposal. All I want is a review and appreciation for free advice if it works out.😊
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I David Young started have been doing plumbing since 1983. I worked for many plumbing companies before I started Supreme Plumbing and Heating such as; Magnolia, Johnny B Quick, & Foots Plumbing. After learning plumbing from many master plumbing professionals I decided to start my own business in 1990. I have been running this business for over 20 years now and since my sons were 11 and 12 years old they have been with me on almost every job. They both posses great skills in the field of plumbing now that they even impress me (sometimes lol). Because they are my youngest children there knowledge of social media and technology has definitely kept my business afloat. They practically run the business from their phones. They started helping me part time while maintaining full times jobs I have been licensed in bonded for over 15 years and with my two sons I am now able to run my business and advertise online. Daud oldest son Attended a pluming trades school when He was 17 for 1 year and worked for Rooter-man the next 3 years. At 20 years of age he attended local 5 plumbing and training facility and completed many plumbing certifications and obtained his journeyman plumbers license. He helps with the business as much as possible. During his 5 years He also acquired many other Certs such as; Back-flow Prevention, cross-connection, Gas fitting etc. He has worked at hospitals, universities, hotels, etc. Over the last two years he obtained his Master license in WSSC, Virginia, & Rockville area and is currently the principle master for Supreme Plumbing and Heating, Hamaas younger son Started working for a company owned by a good friend of mines called Baileys plumbing services when he was 18 and for the next 2 years he was honing his skill with doing new condos rough-ins from the ground up. When he was 20 years old he started working as a plumber for a company named HEP (Housing Evaluation Plus), a midsize D.C. General Contracting Firm with many Gov't contracts. He started as Journeyman plumber and after just 2 years of hard work and dedication he became the head of the plumbing division for DMV area. He worked with them for the next 2 years. During the time while they were working at their full time jobs they were building a foundation for SUPREME PLUMBING & HEATING LLC. In 2017 Hamaas decided to make Supreme Plumbing and Heating a full time company. And in 2019 Daud decided to do the same. I David young have currently retired and work only as a consultant for big projects or troubleshooting issues.
