- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all, prices tend to be ONE price/per hour. For example, 100/hour per interpreter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (www.rid.org) Requires that all certified interpreters stay current on CEUs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was very young, my mother 1) gave me a sign language book and 2) introduced me to my "Godparents" who are deaf!
