Robert was the absolute best! Very thorough, detailed oriented, honest. I appreciated his integrity and experience, I was quoted from an earlier plumber to replace a recently purchased water heater (within 5 years). Robert came in assessed the issue and identified the problem immediately. He even contacted the warranty company to put them on notice of the issue. He explained how the part was plastic versus being metal (code). He also noted code improvements that was need and all for a fraction of the cost to replace the unit the first plumber suggested. Excellent service, craftsmanship, and great value for the money. Robert is my new plumbing and drain guy, thanks Robert!
