I had an amazing experience! I know NOTHING about computers, so I had him set up my two kids' computers, make repairs, and set up mine after a move. He not only got everything set up but also did magic stuff to make them safer security-wise. He was very friendly and professional, and I enjoyed having him in my home. If/when I need more computer stuff done, I am definitely hiring him again!
