Ada was fully prepared when she came to our appointment. She had all the food and supplies already so there was nothing that I needed to worry about. Her knowledge is extensive, and she explains things very well. She's also very good on the spot, i.e. changing menu options to accomodate lack of ingredients or healthy diet requirements. I have done two one-hour sessions with her and I would highly recommend her. She is great for anyone interested in learning basic cooking skills, or for people who are looking to expand their current knowledge about cooking and baking.

Ada was very professional. She came to the house on time and well prepared with the freshest ingredients. She explained everything thoroughly and is able to adapt the menu at our request. The food was amazing! I would highly recommend Butcher to Baker and look forward to taking many more classes with Ada!
