Chesapeake responded immediately. He gave us a free inspection which was very thorough and didn't rush. He even found a dead mouse that the other companies missed! His price was very reasonable and he was very punctual, professional, communicative, and kind. He explained every step and never made us feel bad about asking a million questions - he kindly answered all of them. I have complete faith that our mouse problem will be resolved. I heard something scurrying above my ceiling and panicked. I called Chesapeake Pest Management and Ray was out the same day. He throughly inspected my attic and was able to identify a few mouse droppings. He placed traps and was also able to find the hole that the mouse used to enter. He fixed the hole and the mouse was caught within a few days. He didn’t try to sell unneeded services like other companies I called and his price was great! Thanks Ray! We look forward to our quarterly service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost no two pest control issues are the same, which means flat rate pricing isn't common. I am always willing to give a FREE inspection/quote and the customer has the option to go with us or not. We offer 10% discounts to military/first-responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to offer a FREE inspection/quote and go from there. In most cases, our service schedule involves an initial service with a set amount follow-ups to monitor activity levels and additionally treat as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a certified pest control applicator for six years and have been in the industry for twelve years.
