Hire this company!!! We hired Landmark to remodel our basement. Our space was a bit complex to remodel, and we had a fixed budget. Will respected our budget and worked with us to our achieve our goals. No project goes perfectly, but William is an honest and salt-of-the-earth man. His crews showed up when they say they would, and they worked hard. In the end, they delivered on a wonderful new space. We are very pleased with Will and his company, and we know you will be too! We highly recommend them.

We just ended a two year hell with this company. I'm honestly convinced the five star reviews are fake given the content. Our garage and bathroom were done so terribly we will have to spend tens of thousand to repair. I warn everyone about this company. Will even has a company in another name now. It's all a scam. We have legitimate trauma from using this company.

I would recommend using Landmark Construction. The price was the best out of all the estimates and any concerns or issues I had were addressed immediately.
