Hire this company!!! We hired Landmark to remodel our basement. Our space was a bit complex to remodel, and we had a fixed budget. Will respected our budget and worked with us to our achieve our goals. No project goes perfectly, but William is an honest and salt-of-the-earth man. His crews showed up when they say they would, and they worked hard. In the end, they delivered on a wonderful new space. We are very pleased with Will and his company, and we know you will be too! We highly recommend them.

I would recommend using Landmark Construction. The price was the best out of all the estimates and any concerns or issues I had were addressed immediately.

TRASH, TRASH, TRASH AND MORE TRASH FOR THIS COMPANY. FIRST THEY CALLED ON JUNE 2, 2021 AT 926PM FOR SCHEDULING AN IN HOME ESTIMATE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT REPUTABLE BUSINESS OR COMPANY TRIES CONDUCTING BUSINESS THAT LATE, BUT SOME ARE UNAVAILABLE AT THAT TIME. I DECIDED AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGMENT TO SCHEDULE AN IN PERSON HOME VISIT ON 06/11/2021 AT 2PM. THEY WERE LATE!!!! WHEN THE SO CALL WORKER SHOWED UP, HE DIDN’T APPEAR TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE SCOPE OF WORK. I OUTLINED THE BASIC IF TRANSFORMING THE HALF BATH TO A FULL BATH AND ENCLOSING A CORNER OF BASEMENT TO CREATE AN OFFICIAL LAUNDRY ROOM. HE DID NOT TAKE THE APPROPRIATE MEASUREMENTS, ASK ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT DESIGN, OR CHECKED FOR WHAT WAS NEEDED. HIS ASS WAS MORE CONCERNED KF TALKING ABOUT FOOTBALL, HIS INJURIES WHEN HE PLAYED, HIM LOOKING TO BUY, ETC. (A LOT OF BULL CRAP). I ALREADY KNEW THAT IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME, EFFORT AND ENERGY. I WAS OVERJOYED WHEN HE LEFT SO I CAN BE DONE. I DID FOLLOW UP TO DETERMINE WHAT ESTIMATE WOULD BE CREATED BASED ON NON MEASUREMENTS, ETC. AS YOU CAN GUESS, NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! FIND SOMEONE AND/OR RELIABLE, REPUTABLE, RESPONSIBLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND TRUSTWORTHY!!! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS NOT!!!!
