The handyman/tech was arrived on time, ran the diagnostics and tests, found the issue. Cleaned the pipes below the washer, and found out the pump is not functioning. After ordering and arrival of the parts he came and fixed the washer. It is now working like new.
Mohammad is a kind gentleman and trustworthy human being. I will gladly recommend him as great handyman.
