- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a streamlined and transparent pricing structure to accommodate a wide range of needs. Generally, the staging value for each space is set at a flat fee of $700 and covers set-up, break-down, delivery and removal of furniture. We offer packages that offer increased value to clients needing to stage multiple spaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our engagement starts with an initial phone conversation to understand your needs. We arrange to meet at the property for an on-site assessment. After we agree on a service level, we will provide a detailed proposal, formalize the agreement and schedule staging services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business as an investor staging my properties for sale. I understand what potential buyers and/tenants respond to to get your property sold or rented at its maximum potential value.
