- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a minimum of $300 for all deliveries. This includes the following: 2 man crew Sprinter van 2 hours of service Extra fees apply for items that require special handling as well as disassembly/reassembly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to introduce ourselves to the customer first and foremost. From there we get a complete description of the items that need to be transported and provide a detailed quote. From there we can schedule a pickup and delivery time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Business Administration in Management as well as a Bachelor's in Computer Technology Database Administration. I have over 10 years of commercial and household moving experience as well as over 15 years in warehousing and storage experience.
