I ordered 4 movers but only 3 guys showed up.. However they work diligently and finished the job and they did a great job packing and organizing the truck. I was only charged the rate for 3 movers and not 4. However the movers accidentally packed my cat in a wooden trunk and put her in the truck unbeknownst to me.. It was an accident, of course. But it delayed my move 3 days trying to find my cat. One of the movers showed up on time the other 2 guys were right behind him. I had no issues with their arrival time considering I was just waking up myself. Over all they did a great job- they cat was obviously hiding and they were not aware that they packed her in the box, but would suggest being more careful moving forward.

Delivery from Boston to Atlanta took about 24 hours, everything arrived in perfect condition, cost was very reasonable, and personnel were very friendly. Couldn't be happier with OSSL, highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a minimum of $300 for all deliveries. This includes the following: 2 man crew Sprinter van 2 hours of service Extra fees apply for items that require special handling as well as disassembly/reassembly
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to introduce ourselves to the customer first and foremost. From there we get a complete description of the items that need to be transported and provide a detailed quote. From there we can schedule a pickup and delivery time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Business Administration in Management as well as a Bachelor's in Computer Technology Database Administration. I have over 10 years of commercial and household moving experience as well as over 15 years in warehousing and storage experience.
