- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Males are typically charged more than females however, I set a flat rate in this app. Same price for both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a medical form completed by the client to address areas of pain/decreased range of motion/dysfunction. I assess while performing the massage for optimal results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Physical Therapist so I address pain from several ways. I use a plethora of manual techniques as well as dry Cupping if indicated.
