Where do I begin, what started out as a nightmare I thought I’d never figure out was solved in under 48 hrs. For 3 months my lights would flicker breakers would trip and my BGE bill was $500+ monthly. Jah came and one by one solved years of issues we didn’t even know we had . 10/10 Would recommend.

Our experience with Empire was amazing to say the least , our tech Jahziel really took his time with explaining everything in a way that we could understand. Our power was not out long and he even fixed a couple things extra. It was an absolute pleasure.

I was hesitant to write any kind of review, however, I need to be honest. The person who came to my home was nice and respectful. However, the job could not be completed because my system was “offline”. Part of the quote was to get the dvr up and running. I literally contacted chat gpt and it walked me through to be online. However, they were supposed to come back up and finish the dvr setup but it never happened. A day or two later, I noticed holes in spots where there weren’t any before and just the overall workmanship was not good at all. I have since reached out to another electrician who is going to finish up for me. I am Sorry this review is not positive, however, like I stated earlier, I have to be honest for any future customers
