Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. We manage small duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and 5-20 units. We will consider up to 100 units but small more "home-like" properties are our niche. We will also consider single family homes. We manage in Baltimore County and Baltimore City.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Make sure they really know how to manage a property and they aren't getting into the business because real estate sales are slow. We only invest & manage and have been doing so for over 14 years.
