Norman Crone, bass baritone

I am a professional, classically trained bass baritone who has been teaching lessons for the last 3 years. I teach students ranging from beginners who simply want to know how to hold a tune, to high school and college students in school groups or state / national level choirs, to adults looking to prepare for auditions for major roles and professional choirs. I teach with a focus on mastery of the basics. Breathing techniques, relaxed and open singing, and beauty of tone are the three things most focused upon. I teach to sing in a way that is not only high quality, but enjoyable to do! I have been singing for as long as I have been talking. I joined my first choir when I was 8 years old, and have performed at the county, state, and national levels. I have performed for weddings and funerals, galas, and currently sing in a professional choir in Baltimore. Singing is in my DNA! I enjoy singing both professionally and recreationally, and I love helping others do the same.
