What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates for tax preparation is generally billed per form. After our initial consultation, we will send you a quote based on our information gathered from you. If there are any changes in price, we will let you know in advance.
For complex returns, our general rate is $75 an hour. Pricing has variables that include complexities of the tax returns, the task at hand, material cost, time, and expertise.
We provide discounts where applicable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide up to 30 minutes of free no-obligation initial consultation.
We discuss your needs over the phone, and I review your tax or business needs and make suggestions. When you choose to hire us, we will work with you through the next steps to accomplish your tax needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. I am a CPA with over 20 years of experience in assisting individuals, small businesses and non-profits in their tax and accounting needs.
