- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I don't bcos of the type of work and every job being different there is no standard pricing system I must see and price each job according to the scope of work and cost of the materials
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer to go over and discuss the scope of work I then talk with the customer and get expectations for the job and then ask about any special instructions or concerns they might have Depending on the size of the job I will give them a price right there or for larger projects I will give the customer a detailed proposal telling what will be done and what materials will be used within 2 days from our first meeting
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Horticulture from the University of Maryland I am a Maryland Licensed Tree Expert I am a certified Arborist worldwide I am a Licensed Pesticide Applicator for Turf Trees and Shrubs and Highway Right of Ways
