- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge per hour on most jobs, but will charge per the job on certain jobs. You will get an estimate sent to you before an job is completed. We may not be the cheapest out there, but will guarantee to get the job done professionally and timely, and that we uphold our end of the customer service in each transaction to better serve you and our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with any of our customers, we typically like to take a look at the job at hand before taking it on. This ensures that we can see each visible aspect of the job so our customers get their project done in a timely matter. It also gives us a chance to meet with each individual, get a better understanding of what they are looking to get accomplished, get a look at their space to maybe give suggestions on what we can offer, this helps ensure everyones expectations are met and nothing is left out of the equation.
