We are a family oriented business servicing the eastern shore of Maryland as well as the state of Delaware. Our company, Schelts Services, LLC, specializes directly in all household appliance diagnostics and repairs.
I've spent the last 10 years of my career working directly in the field diagnosing and repairing all maajor name brand appliances. Schelts Services, LLC strives for greatness in all aspects of our business, costumer service, workmanship, punctuality, and communication. I will personally go the extra mile to please my customers. Kyle’s attention to safety provided me confidence that he was the right hire to repair our dryer. I appreciated that he walked me through his diagnostic steps which led to a failed thermal resistor failure. It wasn’t the part that he had thought from our initial talks, and so he ordered it and came back out to replace it when it came in. We will be saving his number for future appliance issues.

Kyle came out re our refrigerator door & attempted to repair vs replace, but after a day I called him to come back & replace the mullion He promptly ordered the part & returned in a timely manner. Refrigerator door works great

After experiencing a power outage the display on my LG gas range would not work. Kyle responded to my search for a repair person. He scheduled a day/time to come diagnose the problem. Showed up, courteous, respectful as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem and parts required for the repair. He directed me to an online site where I could purchase the parts and agreed to return and install them. He followed up after parts were received and now I have a working oven just in time for Thanksgiving. Kyle is top-notch. I will definitely use him for future appliance repairs.
