Introduction: We have an excellent record as project management consultants and have been most effective as an independent but cooperative member of the design, construction, and management team. We provide project planning, cost consulting, scheduling, and contract administration. AHDE services are aimed at providing a total project control system from inception through occupancy. Our range of services are designed to provide maximum value for the investment. Considerable emphasis is placed on "Total Project Control (TPC)," i.e., the expression and evaluation of project scope, cost, and schedule. By maintaining schedule control using Critical Path Method (CPM) and employing earned value analysis techniques, coupled with detailed cost control, we can maintain and control the schedule and budget and advise on any risks. In terms of post-contract services, we have considerable experience in quality control and assurance, evaluation of contractor's payment submissions, negotiation of change orders, assessment of performance against construction schedules, analysis and settlement of claims, and agreement on a final account that is fair and equitable to all parties involved. This process can involve extensive contractual and procedural advice, as well as financial evaluation.
