Seb was very responsive and immediately available to come help repair my spare bathroom toilet which has been busted for literal years. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He explained exactly what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, offered to replace an additional part, and cleaned the tank and bowl to top it off. I also had another repair that couldn't be done today, but I will definitely have Seb back again for any plumbing issues!
