Seb was very responsive and immediately available to come help repair my spare bathroom toilet which has been busted for literal years. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He explained exactly what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, offered to replace an additional part, and cleaned the tank and bowl to top it off. I also had another repair that couldn't be done today, but I will definitely have Seb back again for any plumbing issues!

Seb responded almost immediately to my plumbing request and we worked out a time for the next day! Seb got right into troubleshooting a clog in a little powder room pedestal sink and uncovered years worth of clog with his snake and a leak in the P-trap. Seb had all the tools he needed to remedy the situation and worked efficiently to get it done. We are ever so grateful for his professional service and fair pricing!!

Seb snaked our clogged kitchen sink drain and was so thorough, he snaked 60 feet to ensure the clog was really gone. He responded right away, offered next day service, arrived on time braving piles of snow and ice, wore shoe covers, respected our home by cleaning up after himself, and worked quickly with all his own tools and supplies. He is also very nice and polite. Our doggie loved him.
