I needed 2 people but 3 people came that was supposed to make things a lot quicker and smoother. I just wanted to sit back and and let them move me which did not work that way. I was so glad I had my cousin come to assist. I had a apartment with many elevators and entrances in the building. I barely seen the 2 people the whole night. Mainly at the truck. Then while my cousin and one other person was working with him he still had to bring the stuff down and get on the truck to put things on it. Everything was packed and ready to go but they wanted to talk alot and not have any resolutions to getting things to the truck. I tried to explain this during the moving process and the representative made excuses and brushed it off. It seems like it's a great company because everyone is so nice. I paid for extra hours that they did not even help with. They also waited around and talked more the at the drop off and included all of that and part of the hours billed. 🙃 I will not refer this business to people because I have higher expectations for buisnesss to be more professional. Please be mindful of what your going to expect from the services you pay for.

Really disappointed in this moving company. My appointment was 12-2. When movers had not arrived at 12:15, I called to get an update and that’s when then they told me they would arrive between that window. The first mover did not arrive until 2:15, without a truck. So I helped him carry everything out to the street. I was told the truck would arrive in 10 minutes, the driver was stuck in traffic. I was told this repeatedly, just 10 more minutes. The truck arrived 1.5 hours later than the first mover. A similar situation happened at the final destination- the first mover showed up shortly after we did, but the truck did not arrive until 1 hour later. Then I was charged for movers from 12-8 even though at least 5 hours of that time was wasted. Do not hire this company

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to communicate directly with the client with a phone call to discuss and have a clear picture of the clients needs, if possible. We send an estimate to the customer through our 24/7 client portal from Nifty Pro Movers. From there, if the estimate looks good the client will approve it and it will turn into an invoice. Once Invoice is presented then a deposit for the minimum is due to hold date and time slot. We ask that you give us a 1 hour window to for pick up of furniture (items). Upon arrival a work order is presented and then its time to get to work! During the process management from the office check in with the client. Our job is to make sure that you have a great experience and satisfactory service!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff receive in house and in field training. As well, as on going continuing training to make sure that all policy and procedures are completed accurately.
