My first review was deleted, so let's try this again... Hiring Nick and PMI Chevy Chase was THE WORST decision I've ever made. I signed with Nick in October 2020, and by January 2021, I was already fighting to terminate my agreement and repair all of the damage Nick has done. Within 30 days of move-in, the tenant violated every term of their lease and has refused to pay rent. Nick took no action as the property manager and has not abided by any of the guarantees PMI promises to property owners. I entrusted Nick to care for my beautifully remodeled rowhouse in DC, and instead working with him has been my biggest nightmare. Landlords beware. He's not worth the headache.
