What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For rug cleaning we charge by the Sq. Ft. depending whether it is drop-off or pickup & delivery. We also offer new fringe and padding,
these are priced based on footage as well.
Our prices are very competitive. I just priced out a competitor that was over DOUBLE what we charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to earn your business. Give us a call to setup a convenient time to pickup your rugs. Yes, we will move furniture if you need us to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have employees that have been cleaning rugs for over 30 years. We have seen and done it all when it comes to rug care.
