Introduction: I am a licensed counselor and life coach trained in evidence-based methods which promote individual resilience and guide people toward living a life based on their values. I have an MBA and an MSW. I have been in business and in mental health, so I have both the practical and more theoretical perspectives in my toolkit. I have seen both sides, so I am effective at collaboratively crafting a more meaningful and realistic path for people who are stuck or who have invested in forging a different and more authentic path in life and work.
