What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At least one introductory meeting and one face to face meeting to sign documents. Sometimes meetings can be done over the phone. I also do house calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
