The Yoga Fusion Studio

Introduction: Welcome to The Yoga Fusion Studio located in Bethesda, MD. We are an ever-evolving sanctuary for your yoga practice where you will be provided with an opportunity to release your daily stress while toning your body, quieting your mind, and refreshing your spirit. Our goal is to help you reach your full potential both physically and spiritually through a continuous practice guided by knowledgeable certified teachers who will always be mindful and respectful of each student’s needs and limitations. Our students are also encouraged to challenge themselves as they evolve in their practice, with an approach that is never judgmental of themselves or others. We have a variety of teachers and yoga classes, from "Energized Flow Yoga" to "Gentle Yoga". Beginning in February, we'll be adding even more classes to our schedule called "Fusion" classes like pilates, zumba, tai chi, and starting February 12th, "Shake Your Shakti: Belly Dance Combo".
