I contacted KNB about some serious stains on our roof along with moss and other growth. We live in the woods, and this has always been a problem, but I thought we just had to live with it. I researched solutions, and found there was a low-pressure, pressure wash system that can take care of it. I checked around and kept coming back to KNB as a reliable, insured, and well-reviewed contractor. His crew came out and in a few hours, they cleaned 10 years of wear and tear off the roof. He explained that the small roots that remained from the moss would die off over the next few weeks and wash off naturally. Best of all, his work comes with a 3 year warranty against returning stains.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is mostly flat rate and very transparent. We offer a 10% discount to all Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can typically give quotes for cleaning services as well as some of our simpler handyman services such as TV Mounting, over the phone or via email, same day. Once the scope of work and pricing has been agreed upon, we can typically schedule the work quickly. Other services such as window installation and larger projects may require an on-site consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of training, formal and informal, in the exterior cleaning and home improvement trades has shown me what works well and what doesn’t.
