My garage door would open only partially and sporadically. The tech was able to fix the door upon initial visiting (he carries all the parts with him) and actually improved the functionality over the original. He replaced the original rusted single tension spring with a more robust 2 spring setup and replaced the rollers. The door is now so quiet upon opening and closing and opens and closes smoothly. Also he came out first thing in the AM after contacting only the evening before. Great work, highly responsive and professional. Highly recommended!!
