Wow! Karim and his team are AMAZING. Karen responded within. 5 minutes of my request- he was polite, clear, and concise. We agreed to a specific day for install of my gazebo; I requested to be moved up if availability arose. Karim got back to me two separate times to move up the project- which I was thankful for. On install day- Karin showed up right in the middle of his two hour window; he even texted me when he was in route. Upon arrival, he asked a few questions about gazebo placement, then began to work. He set up tables for his tools and other tables as a work center. Ladders also accompanied Karim. I could tell by the meticulous and professional way he set up the work area that I was going to be thrilled with end result. During install, Karin found a roof piece that was damaged during shipping/ he took a photo and sent it to me so I could reach out yo the vendor. 5 short hours later, Karim and his co-worker were complete. I mean, what a seamless, professional. enjoyable experience. Karim also can construct play sets and sheds. If you are ever in need to have a prefabricated gazebo, play-set, and/or shed installed- look no further than this true craftsman and professional.

I wanted to take a minute to give an honest review about Karim. I contacted him to assemble a 20x12 hardtop gazebo on the pool patio. Our last one was destroyed in a recent windstorm. He contacted me within minutes of my service request. He answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations on how to keep that from happening again. He took time to construct concrete posts to anchor the new gazebo to the patio. He came on time, got right to work and worked methodically. His team was awesome in this meticulous job of assembling this large metal gazebo. They even separated the boxes from the plastic for recycling!! Workmanship was outstanding. I wish I had more things for them to assemble. Please know that I usually don’t take the time to review but I had to thank him for his great work and advice on a job done to perfection. Thank you, Karim.
